Mr.Atul Chauhan, a dynamic young man with a very pleasing personality was born in Germany and went to the International School, Frankfurt. For his higher studies he joined University of London to pursue dual courses in Mechanical Engineering. To sharpen his business acumen, Mr. Atul Chauhan practiced Finance from London School of Economics. He was elected as the President of Student’s union representing 60 Universities of England where he was deeply involved in looking after the welfare and interests of the fellow students. He won special acclaim for his innovative approach in devising procedures for the all round development of students.
Mr. Atul found home in India in spite of having spent his entire student life abroad. He declined many lucrative offers from international banks and finance companies in his endeavour of building and enhancing the brand equity of the AKC Group. To have a deep understanding of the working of the AKC Group from his early childhood he had recognized the wisdom of dignity of labour and instead of vacationing, he worked in various capacities ranging from a computer operator, a photocopier, a worker in a producing unit to participating in strategic management meetings.
At a very early age, he acquired from his illustrious father- Dr. Ashok Chauhan – valuable insights into the various aspects of international business. After a short stint with Merchant Banker London he took over the responsibilities of International Business of the AKC Group. He was the youngest to be nominated by the prestigious Association of Directors. In spite of numerous international commitments, Mr. Atul Chauhan dedicates part of his time for the excellence of higher education in India. He has a significant role in building international strategic alliance with various foreign universities.
Mr. Atul has an eye for quality and an unflagging dedication to duty. He sees no barriers in achieving all round excellence in any job he has in his hand. Mr. Aseem Chauhan is a Trustee and Board Member of the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation, the umbrella organization of the Amity institutions.
He is also the CEO of the Crossborder Group. With offices in New York, London and New Delhi the company is active in the areas of engineering design, biotechnology and venture capital investments.
He holds degrees in Engineering, Finance and Strategy Management from The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumnus of the prestigious Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology. |

Dr. Gurinder Singh is a first class Post Graduate in Commerce with a Masters Degree of International Trade from IIFT, where he topped with 7 merits. He is an MBA with specialization in Marketing and has also done his Ph.D. in the area of International Business. He has work experience of more than 17 years in teaching, consultancy and research. He is a Founder Director General of Amity International Business School & serving his second term as a Pro Vice Chancellor of Amity University.
He has widely traveled abroad and has an extensive experience of addressing in various International Conferences, Research Summits & teaching in UK and USA. He has presented research papers in almost every top Business Schools of the World including Harvard Business School USA, Thunderbird Business School USA, Loughbrough Business School UK, Coventry Business School UK, Rennes Business School France, Essex University UK, University of East London UK, Leeds Metropolitan University UK and many more. He is being especially invited for the Million Dollar Round Table conferences as an International Business expert since the last many years.
Dr. Singh is on the Editorial Board of University of Essex, UK. He is the Editor of WRSTD, London and in the Research Journal Committee of University of East London, UK. He is also Regional Editor of Sussex University, UK. Recently he has also been nominated as an Editor by Middlesex University, UK for their Electronic Journal, named ‘The Intellectual Reservoir’. He is also an Editor of the Research Journal Committee of Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania. Dr. Gurinder Singh has got the prestigious “Ambassador of Peace Award” as a Distinguished Educationist for his significant contribution in the field of higher education by ‘Universal Peace Federation of India’ at India International Centre, New Delhi.
He received the “Excellence Award” and “Gold Medal” for his outstanding performance in the field of Education by Institute of Economic Studies (IES) and has also got “GEM OF INDIA” and “ARCH OF EXCELLENCE AWARD” in All India Achievers’ Conference held at Taj Palace, New Delhi. He was honored with the prestigious “LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD & GOLD MEDAL” by Indian Society for Industry & Intellectual Development at its 5th National Seminar on “Individual Achievements-Intellectual Excellence & National Development” in New Delhi. He has also been chosen for the prestigious “Rashtriya Samman Puruskar Award” by the Indian Society for Industry & Intellectual Development and high-status “Siksha Bharti Award-2007” by Indian Economic Development & Research Association (IEDRA).
